These records were transcribed by member, Nancy O'Malley, from the Bourbon County Manumission book and/or County Court Order book (manumissions were recorded in both places). Franklin County: Black Births - 1874-1878
An index to African-American (Black and Mulatto) births recorded in Franklin County 1874-1878 (no births recorded in 1877). If a birth is found, the researcher would have to go to the microfilm for Franklin County Vital Statistics at either the State Archives or the KY History Center.
